Varselio protects companies' AI chatbots and AI agents: it checks what the AI is about to do, blocks dangerous actions and asks a human before risky ones. If you talk to businesses that use AI, you can earn by introducing them to us.

Example at today's price: a customer on the monthly plan pays 279 kr a month including VAT. You earn 30% of the amount excluding VAT, about 67 kr a month, up to about 800 kr over the customer's first year. Prices in other currencies work the same way.

How tracking works

When you are approved you get a personal partner code and a link like varselio.se/?ref=YOURCODE.
A visitor who opens your link is asked whether they allow a small first-party referral cookie with your code. If they accept, it is valid for 90 days; if they decline, the visit is not credited. If they already accepted another partner's link, the first one is kept.
When they create an account or buy within those 90 days, the customer is linked to you. Once the customer has paid for the first time the link is locked: one partner per customer.
You get a private page that shows your clicks, sign-ups, paying customers and commission.

Questions and answers

What happens if a customer gets a refund?

Customers can get their money back within 30 days. Commission on a refunded payment is clawed back, and so is commission on a payment that is charged back or disputed. That is why each commission is held for 30 days before it can be paid.

How do I get paid?

Once a month you get a statement of what is payable. You send us an invoice for that amount and we pay it. You handle your own taxes and fees.

Do I need F-skatt?

Yes, if you are in Sweden you need F-skatt (an approved business tax registration). Outside Sweden you invoice as a business under your own country's rules.

Am I employed by Varselio?

No. You are an independent contractor. The program is non-exclusive, so you may work with others too.

Can I refer my own company or myself?

No. Purchases by you, your own company or your own payment card do not earn commission.

Can I promise customers discounts or extra features?

No. You can only describe Varselio as it is and point people to our website. Never claim that Varselio or anything else gives 100% protection.

How long does approval take?

We read every application ourselves and usually answer within a few working days.

Sales partner agreement

Parties. This agreement is between Varselio (Hallsberg, Sweden) and you, the partner.
Role. You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent. The agreement is non-exclusive, and you cannot sign contracts, give prices or make promises on Varselio's behalf.
Approval. Your application is pending until Varselio approves it. Only an approved partner code earns commission. Varselio may decline an application without giving a reason.
Commission. 30% of the amount each referred customer actually pays, excluding VAT and similar taxes, on payments made within 12 months of that customer's first payment. A customer counts as referred when they arrive through your link (90-day cookie, first partner kept) and sign up or buy, and they are locked to one partner at their first payment.
Hold, refunds and reversals. Each commission is held for 30 days. Commission on payments that are refunded, charged back or disputed is reversed, also after payout, and deducted from later payouts.
Payment. Varselio sends a monthly statement. You invoice the payable amount and are paid against your invoice. In Sweden you must have F-skatt. You are responsible for your own taxes, fees and social charges.
Not allowed. Referring yourself, your own company or your own payment card; fake or incentivised clicks or sign-ups; spam or marketing that breaks the law; bidding on the Varselio name in search ads; pretending to be Varselio; and claiming that Varselio gives 100% protection. Varselio may withhold commission that comes from a breach and end the agreement right away.
Personal data. You only see counts and amounts, never the customers' names or e-mail addresses. Varselio stores your application, your acceptance of this agreement (version, time and a hashed IP address) and a record of clicks, sign-ups, payments and payouts, as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and ending. Either party may end the agreement by e-mail with 30 days' notice. Commission on payments received before the end date is still paid under these terms. Varselio may change the program with 30 days' notice by e-mail.
Law. Swedish law applies.
